3、門式腳手架租賃企業應每年對租賃貨物進行至少一次質量檢驗，并應保存質量檢驗記錄或質 量檢驗報告。質量檢驗報告應由具有相應行業檢測資質的質量監督檢驗機構出具。
3. Scaffold leasing enterprises shall conduct at least one quality inspection of the leased goods every year, and shall keep quality inspection records or quality inspection reports. 4、梯形腳手架租賃企業應對維修保養后的租賃物進行檢驗，并應對檢驗合格的租賃物出具租賃 物維修質量合格證。租賃物維修質量合格證內容應包括租賃物品名、規格、維修時間 、租賃企業名稱或標識。

二、腳手架租賃企業應確保租賃物安全使用的質量要求，并應符合下列規定：

1、不應經營非正規廠家、偷工減料、以次充好和出處（廠家）不清的租賃物。

2、不應提供虛假、過期或與其提供的租賃物、材料不相對應的復檢合格的證明材料 。

3、在供應的標明廠家的合格的租賃物中，不應混入不合格或其他廠家的租賃物。

4、不應向用戶提供未經維修合格或應予報廢的租賃物。

租賃企業應具有相應的技術人員和控制手段或具有合作單位的技術支持，并應具有下列技術支持條件：
